The fact that u can also put other attachments on the end of the 131 like a hedge trimmer is also a plus.
I just bought a model 131 and even my local dealer kinda leaned towards the model 131. I like it so far. I did quite a bit of research on different brands, with the Stihl 131 being the most powerful.

Also the ht131 has a metal gear ⚙️ and the other one is plastic. That was the selling point and why I bought mine.

Hello, from south Carolina. A pole saw comes in handy at times. I use mine mainly to cut small limbs that want to grow towards and over my roof.
