When you receive your pole pruner attachment this will arrive in 3 pieces, the machine, the chain and the bar. This video shows you how to assemble the machine.

Just got the same tipe but it wont grease the chain.

Thank you for the video. I'm in the process of setting mine up now. What's the purpose of the white plastic nub on the front of the chain tensioner? This appears to prevent to chain bar from sitting flush against the motor housing -- and seems odd. Does this just break off when the nut is tightened?

That is a hook the old one was metal and when u put the saw. Down the bar and chain dosen't hit the ground
