Does the ht 131 start the same way as the ht 103

I'm fixing one of these for a friend. The inner shaft design sucks one comes off the power head and the other comes off the cutting head and if either shaft comes off it won't cut. Would be better if there was some sort of bushing or set screw that held the shafts to the heads. Also I don't think the grease on these shafts help with this issue either I feel like it should be more of a liquid type lubricant "wd40" or something like that, it seems like the grease causes a suction between the 2 inner shafts making them come off the heads.
