I love clafoutis! I live in the Netherlands and when i come to france to visit relatives, my grandma always makes it for me.
Grandmas are the best 👵🏻👵🏻

Tip: dont get the pit of the cherry out, it still gives flavour.
And no: you dont eat the pits afterwards, you spit them out while eating the clafoutis...

Very similar to this dessert in my family:
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
Combine and pour over the fruit or berry of your choice. We use a square stoneware dish and often put it in the oven to cook while we eat our meal. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
