I did a full Blender sculpt in "A-pose, " 3:29 and eventually lopped the arms off and converted it to 3:52 "T-Pose." It made animations easier to clean up, and fixed a bunch of baking issues. This character is not in T-Pose, and that's why the shoulders/neck look funny when posed in T-Pose.
