The biggest regret I’ve never had…

7 years ago I quit my job as an air traffic controller to go travelling.

EVERYONE said I was nuts. My family despaired, my colleagues were incredulous and even my friends didn’t get it.

But I did.

I knew I didn’t want to work until I was 60 before I got enough time for the adventures I wanted to have. I didn’t want to run the risk that someday may never come.

Don’t get me wrong- it wasn’t easy. It’s actually one of the first few videos I did on my YouTube channel - filming myself leaving work… and you can see the terror on my face!

The last seven years haven’t gone perfectly either. Normal life still happened, including illness, sadness & divorce, not to mention 2020.

But I’d do it all again in a heartbeat. Because I feel I’ve lived more in the past 7 years than I did in the previous 20. I’ve scared myself, pushed myself & doubted myself regularly, but it’s still been a ride I’d do again and again.

Don’t let other people’s opinions on how you should live your life stop you doing what’s right for you. Be brave- you might just surprise yourself with what you can achieve. 💖💖

Love it!

Different things have different priorities to different people.
And we all have some things which make us happy but wouldnt satisfy others.

Keep shouting this loudly and proudly ❤

You love what you do and THAT is what matters 😍

Understandable that people are generally afraid to venture outside norms in life. I used to say I had a great vacation if I came back home tired. You're following your idea of life, thanks for taking us along.
