Practice this simple beginner move to improve your stability and muscle endurance in your lower body. This will strengthen your quads, glutes, calves, but also your hips, knees, and ankles. It’s a great all around lower body exercise that is low impact but packs a bunch of benefits when done consistently. If you have poor balance, this is a great way to practice destabilizing your center of gravity and getting those tiny muscles to fire up. Do this for a couple minutes a day. Include it in a complete workout plan for maximal results.
