This troubleshooting guide will work Windows 11 operating systems (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) and desktops, laptops, tables and computers manufactured by the following brands: Dell, HP, MSI, Alienware, MSI, Toshiba, Acer, Lenovo, razer, huawei, dynabook , vaio, Logitech, surface among others.

ATTENTION!
These methods didn't work until, I found out that I just press FN and F11 keys (which is shortcut for lock). Try this too because you might be me who accidentally click the lock shortcut 😂. This video was helpful though!

If anyone has like a keyboard where it plugs into the keyboard like a phone then the other end is USB you got to make sure you have the same cord that came with your keyboard bc they have a sensor in them any old USB charger won’t work has to be one with a keyboard sensor in it
