Unfortunately you have to buy the XR18 to get individual tracks to your DAW. I think it was a huge miss on the 12 and 16 as I don’t need 18 channels, but need that functionality.

Make sure you've got your usb drive formatted for FAT32...

Every time I try to record on my XR12 it either puts a crackle in the recording, or completely distorts it, randomly, sounds perfect for 5 to maybe 30 seconds then turns my recording into a distorted mess. I've reformatted my drive to FAT32, tried different routing for the recorder too, but I can't find a solution :( can anyone help?

Can you use track in wav format to playback while using the inputs? Singing to a track on the usb for instance?

This feature not available for the XR-18!? Why? Super bummed. I purchased an xr-18 and have been working through the different features for a while now, just got to the recording... and it doesn't work. Can Behringer update firmware to make this work with xr-18?

Hi there, trying to figure out how to use the xair 16 to my daw. Can I connect the USB directly to the USB on pc and use it as a daw input? Thanks

Is there a way to delete files? If I have no computer on site but have a bunch of recordings, I want to simply delete one. Possible?

Tried a couple of USB recordings this weekend (recorded three rehearsal sessions) on my brand new XR12.
Sounds very good, but:
1) Had multiple dropouts (no less than 6 each time) throughout the recordings.
2) The recording had quite a low level in the three configurations I tried. The last config was post-Master Fader...
Any ideas?

I have audio setup for my mic, but when guest caller speaks, the audio I hear is the callers, not my own. Whats the best way to fix this issue?

I was wondering what format I need to save files in to play back existing music. I want to place audio files on a thumb drive to play as "House Music" in a theatre which i'd fade out when the show starts. I can record files as Wav and it's fine but when I convert existing MP3 files to Wav and plug it in it fails to recognise them. Any ideas?

Why is this mixer not playing vaw music (for brake music) that i put in?? only files i recorded. but not downloaded files for pause

When I plug in a FAT32 formatted blank usb drive to my new XR16, nothing happens. No red light, cannot record, nothing. Any ideas? Is my usb port bad? What am I missing?Thanks.
