I went into my saved game files using your instructions and they are there. When I go into the game. The saved files have disappeared.

How do I take that data and actually put it in the game, the save is here but not on football manager

to be clear, i can copy those files(the FM saves) and i can paste them in a USB which i can plug in the new computer, and copy and paste the saves in the right folder on the new pc. is that right?
