Absolutely agree with tip 5, it's how I've done it for years. Theres no point sending a youngster to a club to be Fringe or Squad as they may as well stay at my club and benefit from great facilities and coaches.

About promoting youth players to the first team and able them do play for U18, it is only good if the matchdays in U18 are in the same day that the senior matches, otherwise that youth player will miss an important day of traning of the senior team by going a day to u18 in order to play
So, in my opinion if the u18 play at saturday and senior at sunday, i dont think its good to able the youth players to the senior team because they will lose an important day of training

You should not promote the players to main team like that... But you can add them to the senior team training so you can mentor them while they stay in the U18

I think U18 and u21 training should be more technical and physical sessions and less team training ie match tactics and match prep

My issue with mentoring is even tho you make them available for the U18 or whatever youth team you may have they are now training in your senior team, for me my senior team and my youth team training very differently so i want him to be getting the specific youth training that i have set up so i generally avoid doing this, you could possibly bring in some old senior player who has a good personality and is never going to play for you and stick him in the youth team then set up mentoring in the youth team

nice video brother, you forgett to talk about player traits and training scedules, I would be so happy if you can screenshot here best training scedules, I wanna jnow how to prepeare players for good stamina in general(i know some player have by default better (stamina, strengh and natural fitness)but still I would ask for help if possible

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't be better to put Mick training as a ball playing defender to improve his technical ability too? Later you can always swap if he doesn't develop that area.

Surely you can't loan out every player beyond 18 or you wouldn't have any players in your U-21 squad? That's the issue I struggle with, I want to loan good prospects out but then I'm sometimes left with like 5 or 6 players in the U-21 squad! I guess you just need to keep some players in the U-21's, ones who might not be good enough for your 1st team, ultimately.

Hello. In my save I signing many young players with high potential. Trainings are good, coaches also, we overperforming at the pitch and league table, I give them enough playing time, sometimes I remind them that they must do more in their development, but most of them don't develop good enough and soon lose from their potential. Can somebody tell me why this happen an what I must do in this case.

Is there big difference if I do not loan player but let him play in 3tier in my u23? In bundesliga club can have u23 play in max 3liga. But I have way better facilities than probably all holland first division. What you sugest?

theres must be a big bugg with the fm23 my youngsters arent developing, even my young stars in my 11 side artent developing, example Antonio Silva from Benfica ive put him on since day 1 of the save im now in the midle of season 2 and the only thing his improved on was Impulse by
