Connective tissue is the key to be ahead in any sport/physical endeavor right now
It also makes your life pain free and enjoyable

Louie Simmons always stated that high repetitions especially with use of resistance bands helps build up soft tissue, ligament, and tendon strength especially from an injury prevention standpoint.

Look into collagen peptides, gelatine, and collagen. Most of the protein in the body is collagen. Some credence to eating collagen rich foods like bone broth to grow connective tissue

He is like the smiley face hammer! It’s so funny to watch when he’s taking someone down. He knows right away if he can do it and he just starts looking at him saying no no no smiling. Love that dude!😃✌🏼❤️

I can agree with that statement. I am not a good arm wrestler but have been training just for the love of the sport and the health benefits that come with it this man is a great man and we should listen to him great work well said ❤

I probably watched 1000 videos of Devon Larrett. This is the first video I’ve ever heard of even sound Canadian.

It would be interesting to know Devon's risk of a bicep tear from a heavy deadlift. On one hand, his connective tissue to muscle strength ratio is insanely high compared to a powerlifter, but his arms can't properly straighten all the way which is what often causes the injury.

As I know, safety first and prioritize all the healthy ways of workouts, alternating between short and long tendons ligaments, and fast medium slow twich muscles fibers...

Currently dealing with tendinitis right forearm. Got back into the gym with the belief that strengthening my forearms will help the issue. Turns out after a couple weeks of rowing heavy doing the same weights before my forearms look full again and the pain is almost gone. Am I just lucky or is there something to this? I do a lot of pause squeezes and negatives on my training similar to Dorian Yates style. The negatives seem to trigger the tendinitis but I’ll never stop training this way as it’s the only way that works for me to build mass
