Excellent tips. I’ve been doing the ball roll for a few months, and it has really helped. I don’t have a regular routine because my 3 year old son like to take my ball and play with it. After that I struggle to find it.

I don’t have foot pain when I’m running or even what I would say pain. My feet just feel stiff and sore (especially in the morning). I stretch out and then take my massage gun to the bottom of them to get blood flowing. Can this possibly be a shoe problem? I walk barefoot and wear minimal shoes whenever I’m out. My foot strength is fairly decent.
