The youngest artist (male) is Ace-Liam Nana Sam Ankrah (Ghana, b. 16 July 2022), who was 1 year and 152 days old, as verified in Accra, Ghana, on 15 December 2023.

This guy is the epitome of impressionistic artwork…. He has surpassed the idea of brush and canvas, and exploring and experimenting the strokes and designs a human body can produce.

What we are witnessing is not a child but a genius. To the untrained observer it’s a kid rolling around in paint. To those with an acquired taste to art, it’s a display of ocular decadence at its finest.
