Why is Hobbs helping her opponents? Why did she file this lawsuit when she could have just stayed silent and caused the GOP to cripple themselves in AZ. The fact that Lake doesn’t understand this is a surprise to virtually no one.

As a former resident of Cochise County (Sierra Vista), a place with many great and good people, I must say I am deeply ashamed. I used to be involved in local politics there (water) about 20 years ago with the Upper San Pedro Partnership. I remember a civil and democratic process with excellent community leaders at the city level and those on the Cochise County Board of Supervisors. People were civil and cordial -- there was a lot of work to do to bring the community forward, which was hard to do way back then, but at least people could come together in spite of differences to make improvements to various issues. I don't know who is in office now as a resident of the east coast (I will return to care for my elderly father next year). Cochise County was hanging on by a thread as a community forever, and this is only going to take the scraps of society there into a tomb with whatever conscience is left that is quickly dissipating by this and my father's reports. I'm disgusted -- not by Republicans, many of whom have been good friends to me over the years. I am an Independent, leaning more left, with mostly Republican friends. I am gobsmacked by how radical and unreasonable the place has become in my absence. It has been falling apart for a long time and this doesn't help.

In the first place why of all the places this event happened at Kari Lake County and not at other places.
She deserves the right to find out as she fought so hard for the people of Arizona as compared to Katie Hobbs.
