How to restore backup on mac?
Connect the external hard drive with your backup to your Mac.
Turn on your Mac and hold down the "Command" and "R" keys until the Apple logo appears.
Select "Restore from Time Machine Backup" and click "Continue".
Select the backup you want to restore from and click "Continue".

How to Downgrade macOS 14 Sonoma to Ventura(Official)

2.Create a bootable macOS Ventura USB drive. You can use a third-party tool like DiskMaker X to create a bootable macOS Ventura USB drive.

I have no back up when i was using the ventura version now i have installed beta sonoma so does it works if i backup now.
