Installed MacOS Sonoma on my daily mac and decided it was time to downgrade back to Ventura.
Found this tutorial. Followed it step-by-step and everything went smoothly.

P.S., for anyone wondering why sometimes it takes forever to reinstall MacOS. This is primarily due to your internet connection.
I have around 15mbps and it took me roughly 3-3.5 hours. Then another 40 min or so to copy half a terabyte of data from my ssd.
I backed up my data using Apple's Time Machine (to an external ssd) and no data will be lost.

I delete the data and follow the steps, but in the end the reinstall sonoma appears again, what can i do ?
