Dr. Ken Berry says buy the best quality you can afford. Then he said if you can afford grass fed, grass finished, panda massaged beef from the Himalayan monks you can buy that. I just love the panda massaged part.😂

I'm 19 days into carnivore diet, I run 25 miles a week and am down 17 pounds already. My knee pain has nearly disappeared, my clothes fit better, and I feel great!

Agreed. I was vegan, always fat and in pain once transitioned to carnivore diet. Lost 40lbs, no pains, and gained more muscles.

If people are worried about the Omega 6 and inflamtion issue, just add sardines into the mix, and of course use grass fed tallow and butter to get the Omega 3s that you need to balance the scales of fatty acids. Easy you don't have to make the meats itself pasture grass fed if it is being over charged. I typically go for beef cheeks rather than ground beef since its fattier and way cheaper than even ground beef. I just add in fish oil to the end of the meal or cod liver for omega 3

Did this! At age 35 I feel amazing. Lost 30lbs and started gaining muscle with only 1.5 hours of working out a week! Amazing!

I've been on carnivore since november last year, starting weight was 18 stone 10 lb. Current weight 13 stone 5 lb. But I'm not just a saggy mess that you would expect, with minimal weight and resistant training I.e once or twice a week I'm fairly toned considering the weight I've lost. Still have a ling way to go but definately recommend carnivore to everyone!

I’ve lost 75 lbs since Sept by keeping sugar/carbs to a minimum and rarely if ever eat meat but I do eat a lot of eggs. I do a lot of cardio, roughly 30-35 miles/wk and lift 5 days. For those who aren’t into meat there are plenty of other ways to lose a lot of weight relatively quickly. The main thing is you do have to watch what you eat because you’re not going to out work a bad diet.

I'm about a month into my carnivore diet. Have not been completely clean that whole time as I transitioned, but I'm down about 19 pounds even still. My heart rate has gone done to normal, I can feel the difference in my blood pressure. I need less coffee after years of being addicted to it, and I feel a huge difference in all physical aspects of my life, already. Thank you, Ray, I love your videos!

It works. I am not on carnivore diet fully...but l am getting there. I am more of a keto/low carbs diet at the moment. I lost 9kg. I would lose much more if l was more disciplined but it still works. I have egs and bacon for breakfast. I feel full till afternoon, no need to snack constantly.

Fabulous advice.
Grass fed, grass finish can happen at some point if you choose to do so. But in the meantime eating this way is still healthiest.
Good for you, livin your best life. 😊

True. I do grassfed most of the time. But I do grainfed steaks if I eat a steak cause of the price. But I mainly eat grassfed groundbeef because it is cheaper

Grass fed is great for those who can afford it, I can't. I've been eating ground beef 70/30 from Gordon, (cheaper than Costco) eggs, pork shoulder and chicken thighs from Costco. I stopped buying Costco butter even though the flavor is AMAZING, because the meats have so much fat, that I truly would be wasting all the tallow, or lard or chicken fat I get as I cook them on their own fat, Redmond salt and fresh pepper. If the price is right, I treat myself with Costco wild salmon or shrimps.

I do eat avocado as a treat, they are expensive, so I guess I am more like a ketovore. Lost 40lbs my BMI is down to 25, almost there.
