We shop at Costco, too, but we buy pork belly and slice it up with our meat slicer to make our own bacon. Home sliced bacon is the best bacon ever! 😋

I stopped using Kerrygold butter months ago. 😟 The unsalted uses extra ingredients plus they have been using some strange ingredient that I don't want. I use Vital Farms Unsalted Butter. It's just cream (milk), that's it.

4th Generation Ghee has more flavor and they just started selling their ghee butter. It's phenomenal.

Carnivore for the past 10 months. I rarely leave Costco with less than 3 Dozen Eggs, usually more. Kirkland Blue Label Salted Bacon is so much better than the Red label unsalted version. For starters, Salty Bacon is thicker... who knew?

I live in Finland and we don't have bacon packs of that size here. Those look amazing! To be honest everything in that cart looks delicious.

Hey Kerry, when it comes to tuna, Skipjack is better not albacore. 😉 It's less chance for mercury. Wild Planet has the best Skipjack tuna. 🥰

Try the costco branded new Zealand butter its a great butter as well.

If you can get the yellow fin canned tuna...it's even better than the albacore! Same brand!

The sirloin has great flavor, but invest in a mechanical tenderizer to loosen the muscle fibers. I have a plunger style with 18 little swords and it can make the sirloin a nice experience.
