I think this diet only makes sense if you have real problems processing food.

More than anything it just looks boring. I used to live in Alberta where prime AAA steak was cheap as chips and honestly I got sick of eating it. Started craving fruit and vegetables.

I struggle to see how this is healthier than having a balanced diet.

I can't get a costco membership cos I'm not in health work anymore. Fuming I am. Had my entire day planned the other day...me and my daughter always wanted to go. Didn't realise there was entry requirements to get in.
