I still wonder what Will’s painting means. The only thing that it did was tell Mike he was the heart which encouraged Mike to say to El to keep fighting.

Fun fact, in season 4 Dustin rolls an 11 and misses killing vecna. This foreshadows that eleven is not enough to kill vecna

As an adamant DnD player, I think it’d be cool to see Eddie turn into Cas (who was Vecna’s assistant until he turned on him)
Cas was a vampire by the way, for all you non-Dnd players out there.

And obv El can't do it herself so she's gonna need help and she'll try to find Kali/08 w her powers but they won't be enough so she's onna try to find the other children who escaped bc as u know not all of the children died or maybe she's gonna find other people with powers who never got captured by Brenner but maybe Kali lost her powers too as another theory

I think it’s Eddie as a vampire, because he was bit by Demobats, and since the Demobats are controlled by Vecna, he could become his minion. Also, when Eddie died, his body was left in the Upside Down, which is a possible way for Vecna to revive him. Eddie has tattoos on his arms, too! He has a bat tattoo, a spider tattoo which is the shape of the Mind Flayer because of Henry, and he seems like a fan-favorite, which is why he could get chosen as the upcoming monster. He also has a trailer of Season 5, where he is a vampire. In Dungeons & Dragons, the strongest villain is a vampire. This proves Eddie is the upcoming monster. Oh,
also, there is a high chance of Max coming back since Vecna was injured. The people who will die: Will since he hasn’t had much development since Season 3, Steve because he is a frenemy of Eddie, and John since he is easy to track down.

I saw a theory that was similar except it was how since wills painting had a three headed dragon it could’ve been a vision of them fighting it. He had one of the mindflayer so why not the tesselhydra plus its like one of the hardest monsters to fight so it makes sense.

Guys i have a new theory when the California group gose to suzies house everything refers to the ending like when the girl was being choked (fake) Eddie died the same way so Mike did get shot by the plunger in his head..and he is the heart of the gang so..the ultimate SCAFRICFSE is MIKE..

I think it’s borys which is the most powerful creature in DND who is a giant red dragon 🐉, also they defeated the Thessalhydra at the end of season 1 so no way (in DND of course)
