A 20 Minute, Full Body Wall Pilates class - This workout will focus Shoulders, Arms, Core, Obliques, Glutes & Stability. By using the Wall in this Pilates Class, we will add extra Resistance, Support & Feedback to enable you to connect with multiple muscles during an exercise.
Getting creative with your at home workouts keeps things interesting & motivating, so I really hope you enjoy this workout as much as I do.
