I don't trust anyone with my vehicle. Just happened to pop my hood because I have no washer fluid. I found I have no windshield washer fluid(completely empty), and my coolant level is well below minimum. I pay to have my fluids topped off often, get inspections once a year, and oil changes regularly. No one ever told me my coolant level was dangerously low and that I need washer fluid. Can't figure out why not. If this is the case, how do I know they even change my oil properly? I'm disgusted with these shops. I need more coolant but don't know whether I need to flush the old coolant before adding more. I'm afraid that if I ask a shop to change my coolant, they may use the wrong coolant or not flush it first. I have no warranty so will not go to the dealer for help. They've ripped me off in the past. Went there for a simple oil change and suddenly had a busted hose out of nowhere. Paid over $1, 000 for an oil change and for them to fix a hose that they busted. So disappointed and frustrated. Don't know what to do
