As others have said, yes this recipe is a bit high in fat, but that does not equal being unhealthy. Indulging in fats is good for you once in a while and it's important to relax and eat things that you like even if they have a lot of nuts in them! Veganism should be about saving the animals, the environment and your health, but don't forget to have fun as well and not be so strict all the time!

Holy smokes!!! This is the BEST Alfredo sauce we have ever had. I made this for the family tonight and my oldest had thirds as well as my omni husband 😂😂😂 Your recipes will convert him still. Thank you so very much for all your work and for sharing your recipes with us 😄😄😄 Wow!!! 😄😄😄

I made this today and love it. I poured it over a baked potato. This would also make an excellent "cream' to mix with mashed potatoes. It's made from ingredients I keep on hand anyway and is sure to be a go to recipe. Thank you for posting!

I just made this sauce to put over spaghetti squash. I didn't have pine nuts, so I did as you said, I added some more cashews. After I tasted it, I LOVED it! Then I thought about adding just a bit of Italian seasoning. Oh my! Put it over the top ! ! Thank you!!

This was so simple I wasn't expecting it to be so good. Both my girlfriend and I loved it! I followed the recipe exactly short of the onion flakes which I didn't have so I just used some fresh onion and omitted a small amount of water at the end. No adjustments necessary, the salt, sweet and tanginess were spot on which is rare, usually I adjust recipes. The only thing I added to it after serving it over some rigatoni pasta is I sprinkled on some vegan parmesan which gave it some crunch and texture to the dish. Definitely excellent, thanks for sharing and looking forward to trying your next recipe.

I just made this recipe and it is delicious!! My teenage son loved it!!

I didn’t have pine nuts so I use some walnuts and it worked well. I served it with whole wheat pasta and peas.

thats so funny i just made an almost identical recipe to this for pasta but added crushed tomatoes instead of the milk for a tomato cream sauce aka pink sauce as i call it it was delicious! your energy and videos always put me in a great mood i love watching!

I'm going to try this pretty soon, I got most of the ingredients in & am waiting for a few to come in the mail. I'm excited! I am going completely vegan & cruelty free! I got all my cruelty free household supplies & personal care products down pat. And I've been eating vegan for most of the time. I just need to give up cheese & I'm there! It feels amazing to live like this. I do it for the animals & our beautiful planet. Ty so much for your channel 💚

Just got through eating this based on your recipe. DELICIOUS!! Day 25 for me for WFPB eating with no meat/dairy/oils/added sugars. This was wonderful comfort food tonight! Thank you! Have you ever done a video recommending other Vegan/WFPB cooking channels who *don't* use oil/sugar? They aren't easy to find. Love your channel!
