It's finally here. A recipe for Plant Based Vegan Alfredo Sauce! A while back I asked my viewers for a challenge. To create a healthy recipe for one of their favorite foods. One of the requests was for Alfredo sauce. After trying many different versions, I came to this as a final product and I hope you all like it!
Be sure to include a healthy serving of steamed or cooked veggies to make it a power packed healthy meal!

Just made this recipe again ...so delicious!!! I made a whole bunch to freeze and then take out when ready. I have also tried this sauce on top of a pizza...(white pizza) with veggies...AMAZING!!! Thanks so much!!

Here in France we have pasta from lentils, chickpeas, peas, all sorts of... glutenfree and yummy!! Your sauce will give them that special kick!!! PS. I always need some freshly ground pepper on Alfredo sauce...

can you replace the tofu with nutritional yeast? and the soy milk with another non dairy milk alternative? such as coconut milk or almond milk?

Suggestion: please post ingredients along with amounts below the video. While it’s nice to see you, I’d like to actually try some of your recipes. Not having amounts nor a list makes it difficult (for me). Love that you’re taking time to do these, like your hair in this one, and grateful for your sharing. 🙏🏽
