India already has two domestically made vaccines and India is the largest producer of vaccines we just need to notch up productions of the existing Indian vaccine.
And India also has one international vaccine from one of Indias Allys, Russia and its called Sputnik .

Ya Sputnik which has completed all trials and approved by GoI. Probably Indian states should buy that until Indian vaccines are in production.
