I use mine for making mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup. I searched online for no-cook recipes and adjusted those recipes to my own taste. I don't have to worry about preservatives and I save a lot of money. I also like that I can store them in the same wide-mouth mason jars that I blend them in.

Whatever you do DON'T try to pick something from the blades while it's plugged in. So many accidents already ending up with chopped finger tips in the ER.
