How does it feel if we talk without being able to finish a sentence? The mixture of embarrassment, discomfort, and being disrespected by those around you will be unavoidable.

In his talk, Kevin will share some stories about his experience living with a stutter. From the moment he felt the shame in the early days until finally, he is able to embrace and overcome his stutter in daily life. Kevin is the co-founder of various projects which include Leafwell Group, SwillFam, Haluu World, Warung Om Iwan, and Donkeverse.

Creating a strong team and specialising has been the core of his growth. He believes that if you want to fast, you go alone, but if you want to go far, you go together.

I grew up with a stutter. I’ve learned to accept it and not let it stop me from achieving my goals. I teach, present, and do even perform music and poetry. Moses, one of the greatest men to live, had a speech impediment.

My stutter was severe until I realized half the stutter was me fighting the stutter. Its counterintuitive but real.

Ok this is crazy. I’ve had a stutter my whole life and now being 23 it has become 1, 000 times better and I have gotten over the fear of stuttering ..mostly. What he explained about not being able to say your name is spot on. The biggest thing I struggle with is Introducing myself. I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to say “first name is ….” And this helps. It allows me time to get everything ready to say my name. If anyone else has trouble saying their name try to add something in front of it like I did so it gives you time to

I know, there is a person inside me, who is able to talk well and I just need to find that person. ❤️

Man I feel how this guy felt….ESPECIALLY!!!!when he said when how Introduce my self, my starts with a “D” and I feel so embarrassed. Man it’s horrible. People think I am timid but it’s not that I just get worried about being awkward.

I am 21 years old and people repeating after me every time I stutter, is the reason why I don't know what career I want. I studied being a teacher and I quit after two months in the course.

What has helped me tons is reading the book How To Run Your Own Life by Jut Meininger (as long as I apply it I eliminate it completely) (when you read it you'll realize that you have to turn off your Adapted Child state and little by little train your Parent state so your Adapted child doesn't intervene)... you can download it (they don't print it anymore)

You don’t have to accept it! You can change it like I did by reading Lee Lovetts’ “How to Stop Stuttering & Love Speaking”. Lee’s book & program changed my life and countless others and can very well so do the same for you.

You're very inspiring.
However, as you know there are people who stutter a lot more than you and that can be very challenging when you'd get a promotion, do a public speech and so on..
In that case would you still just accept it or trying to mitigate it?
