US officials may not be able to officially confirm, but Polish officials are confirming it loud and clear. It may have been an oops, but it's an oops that could very well have grave consequences.

Poland is NATO's third biggest relative spender based on 2021 data, and Poland has become the biggest tank buyer in Europe they've been preparing for war for the longest time so if they feel that this was intentional they will declare war and that's all out war for NATO.
