Officials are investigating reports that Russian missiles struck in Poland, just over the border from Ukraine. Those are soviet made plus ukraine did find not-used missiles when it took cities from Russia.
It's not in Russia's interests to hit a nato member.

Of course they will say it’s accidentally, but are you really going to believe a man who says they will not invade Ukraine, but did anyways, and target civilians?

It has not mentioned so far by officials, but it is quite possible that a missile was fired at Lviv (western Ukraine) from the Brest region of south west Belarus and it dropped half way (perhaps after being shot down by defensive counter missile.)
Przedewow Village (Poland) is in direct line between the two cities of Brest and Lviv.

Russia has pushed its luck and tried to come as close to NATO territory as possible. Now, it looks like he miscalculated. If it was an accident, he needs to say it out loud. If it was deliberate to test NATO resolve, he needs to get the message right now that he has no cards to play.
