The most important lesson I ever received was the advice “you don’t get stronger from training, rather, you get stronger from RECOVERING from training”. This can be a lightbulb moment for whom they fear no progress unless they’re always pushing to the limit.

I’ve gotten so much value just from following the advice of doing resistance training 3x per week instead of 5-7.

The strength gains have been WAY more consistent.

Only thing is I like going into the gym daily so now I have a way to do so.
