I prep everyday and maybe a day out cuz I have a small freezer and what I have is always changing! But I’ve managed to keep a good rotation of organs, muscle meats and work in a meat dpt! I get deals on old holiday turkey parts in the freezer! Which is great because it’s all local/natural/free range. It’s great since I prefer turkey over chicken when possible since it has better omega 3 vs 6 ratio than chicken.

I found using grams instead of ounces made the portions so much more consistent! Though on a weighing scale its relatively consistent, but densities do vary sometimes

I had been considering going raw for SO LONG as a diet change had been recommended for my dogs persistent ear problems, but your video made me finally commit!!
