For #12 and 19:30, a good way to remember is SOAP
S = Same sign
O = Opposite sign
AP = Always positive

So... (a + b)( a^2 - ab + b^2)
Is... (Same sign goes here)( a^2 + opposite + always positive)

you (or whoever made this) did the problem at 11:50 wrong. you proceeded to replace all the x's in function f(x) with a's, and just add +4 at the end (why?) you should have replaced all x's in function f(x) with a+4, as it says f(a+4).
so the whole thing should have been, once the functions were plugged in,
2(2(a + 4)² + (a + 4)) - 4(3a² + 4a + 1)

the end result should have been
-8a² - 14a + 68

I learned problem 12 (17:55) as SOAP in regards to the signs.

Same --> the first sign is the same as the one you start with

Opposite--> the second sign is the opposite of the one to start with

Always Positive--> The last sign is always positive, and it doesn't matter if the first sign you started with was something else.

Do you have any idea what topic the test question will cover, or is it all of algebra 2? If you know an area, concentrate on that. If not, do a general review of everything, but mostly, try to stay calm and take your time with the problem. Check your work, but try not to second guess yourself, your first instinct of how to solve it is generally correct. Do not try to make it harder than it is, sometimes the questions seem easy, if it does, just go with it. Remember to breathe.
