Having some shadows can give you an advantage on certain places. Effects detail should also be put on medium or high because on low it does not show very important effects (like Soldier's heal)

It hurts my soul that you do all these cool tricks to boost the FPS number but you have a 60 Hz monitor... I switched 144 Hz and it's a really noticeable difference. Lower resolution that yours, but you even said yourself that in a game like OW the graphics quality doesn't matter nearly as much as the smoothness.

High precision mouse input has nothing to do with making input more snappy lol why does every channel make statements straight out of their ass? What that setting does is make it possible to hit shots virtually anywhere between ticks. You can look at the very detailed forum thread from an overwatch developer all about that setting that includes examples.

You’re playing on 60 hz with a setup capable of 500+ fps? You should really upgrade. Or some 4K monitors have higher refresh rates available if set to 1080p, which would be better than a higher resolution with a lower refresh rate. Linus tech tips did a lab test and showed higher refresh rates objectively make people play better
