Overwatch handles high frame rates better than any other game. I don't know how, but it's quite remarkable. I'm currently running a 480hz monitor on the lowest graphical settings. With that being said, I can notice a discernable difference between 240, 360, and 480 when it comes to fps.

U wouldn't tell the diffence until u play on a high refresh rate monitor for a few weeks. Then u would be able the catch the difference easily .
I used to play in 60 hz for a very long time until I changed to 240 it took me a while until I realised the big difference .

Just a reminder that even if your game or video is 300 fps, if your monitor is 60fps then you're only going to see a maximum of 60fps @ anyone who didnt notice a difference
