The fix is go to the back side of the TV, hold DOWN the reset button for 30 seconds ! and then it will factory reset .then it should re boot everything. Like getting a new tv . You will have to re install your internet device and then set up your roku account with an email address

Thank you for this. I have a brand new Roku branded 65” in pro series. It doesn’t turn off by itself but it turns on itself…usually in the middle of the night! I turned off the screensaver as my last resort. I’ll see what happens.

I have this same problem it was something going on with the remote so what I did I started using the Roku app as the tv remote and it now stays on just make sure to take the batteries out the remote and use the app and you should be fine.

Anytime u get this problem always just hold the reset button for 30 seconds it will fully reset
