I bought a 10kt rope chain from Walmart for review purposes only. I was curious to see what the weight and quality would be. I'm glad I made the purchase honestly. Hopefully this helps some people out.

I got a great deal at wal mart 2weeks ago on 3 Merlin style bracelets 8.5 yes they are only 10K but for the price I couldn't pass it up 4.7 grams each got them on discount from 300 to 80 each I use 2 together as a necklace and one as a bracelet

I just bought a 10k gold figaro chain from Wal-Mart were I live in Tennessee. The price tag was 398 and luckily when the lady rang it up she noticed it was on sale so I payed 163 after tax. It is hollow and don't way hardly anything. After doing some research I think even 163 was too much for it. I wanted it to wear with my big silver chains but I'm afraid they will tear up the flimsy hollow gold chain.

I bought a 10k gold chain from Walmart. It’s Italy 10k weights 4 grams about 22 inches I bought it for a charm I have its 18k but they go great together and people always compliment me on it. And I have a Gucci 10k chain from a pawn shop it’s 6 grams heavy little chain white gold n gold i rock a 14k pendant on it and people think it’s 14k n 18k the chain and love it 😍

My friend purchased a simply gold Walmart chain for my birthday and it tested as fake? I have contacted the Walmart. If it is also hollow chain that explains why it does not weight much. I have contacted Walmart and I'm hoping they will fix the issue. You obviously get what you pay for or you don't. My advice is to have your gold jewelry looked at by an expert asap after purchasing it.
