I start crying when she said " You are too dark" " you are too tall " am so sorry but i wanna you know with your dark skin you'r REALLY BEAUTIFUL pls appreciate the way you are cuz I SWEAR black is Flawless you just need to see that and believe it deep inside ... know that you are HUMAN so you will always have some doubt but dont let others opinions affect your own skin. DON'T PLEASE and keep it up.

The major reason of people’s lack in self belief is because of other people’s opinions. We tend to overthink about what other people say and then we try to become perfect.
Or we start comparing ourselves to others. We just need to focus on ourselves and believe that God created everyone in a unique way and we are perfect the way we are!

I couldn't understand how tears were coming out from my eyes. However, l made a decision many years ago to define myself and not what people thought l am.

The thing is self esteem isn't always about looks. It's way harder to have personality faults than being ugly

"Treat yourself like someone you are responsible for helping" Rule 2: 12 Rules For Life - Jordan Peterson

"We deserve some respect. You deserve some respect. You are important to other people, as much as yourself. You have some vital role to play in the unfolding destiny of the world. You are, therefore, morally obliged to take care of yourself. You should take care of, help and be good to yourself the same way you would take care of, help and be good to someone you loved and valued. You may therefore have to conduct yourself habitually in a manner that allows you some respect for your own Being - and fair enough."
