💡 BEST ASHKENAZI MATBUCHA RECIPE 🙃( I always double the recipe)
Ingredients
10 tomatoes (about 1 kg)
5-6 crushed garlic cloves
½ cup oil
1 tbsp Moroccan paprika in oil
2 tsp sugar
¼ tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
Preparation
• Dice the tomatoes.
• In a medium pot, heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté the garlic for 1 minute, just brown it.
• Add the tomatoes and cook on low heat for about 1 hour.
• Drain Water, this step really helps!!
• Add oil, paprika, sugar, white pepper, salt.
• Stir and continue cooking on low heat for 2-3 hours, until the mixture thickens to a jam-like texture.
💡 DELICIOUS TURKEY RECIPE💡
• Fry turkey in pot until all gray.
• add 1L white wine.
• Bring to a boil and lower temp. Close for 45 minutes simmering.
• Add spices(paprika, garlic powder, salt pepper) cook for another 20 minutes or so until there is not a lot of liquid.
💡 PERFECT SALMON RECIPE💡
• Olive Oil with Dijon Mustard
• 200 degrees Celsius for 12 min 😊❤️
