I love your videos, Sonja. I must tell you that this morning at 6 a.m. I made your Challah recipe with the 5 lbs of flour, etc., and boy was I shocked at the amount of dough I wound up with (of course I should have known because you did make 6 loaves of bread with the 5 lbs of flour) But, I managed it and made lots of bread and gave one loaf to my young neighbor (her baby is just a little over 1 year old and so adorable). We have become very friendly. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that we loved the bread - it really was excellent - not my normal Challah with the honey and eggs, but my daughter really, really liked it and so did I. ALSO, I ordered the book that you used (from Amazon) but it is a used copy in very good condition. Can't wait until it arrives! I just got myself so confused with the 6-braid Challah - let me tell you it doesn't take much to confuse me! Thank you again for all of your wonderful videos and sharing your beautiful little family with us! You truly are such an amazing person and all of your love for your family just shines through, as well as your kind heart! Bless you, dear sweet Sonja!!
