It makes me sad to watch this and realize that if I had good teachers in school, I could have understood this stuff and maybe gone into a career in science or medicine. Dr. Seheult is truly an outstanding teacher, and I’m grateful for the time he spends to make these videos.

20 years ago it took me soooo long to understand DNA, RNA and Protein Synthesis. How simple it would have been if I'd had this video back then. Thank you!!

I sit here and chuckle, as I received an "A' in my undergrad Cell Biology course, because I could memorize "information" and regurgitate it on examines. Problem was I had zero understanding at the beginning and end of the semester. These videos take me back to that class in the fall of 1973. Thanks for lifting the veil, now, as a retired dentist.

The struggle in understanding back then, hours of pouring over texts and in 12 minutes I understand enough of the picture to see where I have deficits.
Thank you Dr. Seheult.

Please note a correction at 7:01 As stated earlier in the video, RNA uses "U" rather than "T". I accidentally used "T" in my RNA example, sorry about that!

Nearly 50 years ago I sat in a classroom and learned a lot of this. How is it that nowadays I find it all so much more wondrous? I wish I’d made more of it back then.

Thank you so much for re-opening this subject for me and making it so fascinating.

Egad. Dr. Seheult has so many things to do, now more than ever. And here he is educating me on "how viruses work a human cell." THANK YOU.

I've been enjoying this channel ever since you started doing the Coronavirus updates. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, concisely, with all of us who didn't do so well in science class lol.

Who knew there was so much going on in a living cell....thank God for the researchers and clinicians that spent their lives learning this science....

Well it’s been 15 years since I covered this subject, can’t believe how much I still remembered!
Your teaching method is exemplary! Thanks for all the lectures & keeping my practice as a paramedic safe, informed and up to date!

Yet another excellent video explaining something pretty complex in way almost anyone can understand. Thank you MedCram.

This was so helpful and surprisingly I could understand most of it despite not having taken Biology since high school. Thanks for the great easy to understand explanation!

Spain: 2 students from a school in my city have been quarantined for being suspects of COVID-19, they have traveled to Germany in the past week. Scary tbh...

He just summed up 1 semester of immunology class back in the day when I was in med school...at the time it didn’t seem so simple or clear !!! :)

Dr Seheult, it is good of you to expand your teaching to a wider non-medical audience in this way so I have finally subscribed. This was my Achilles Heel when studying for my A&P qualification so you will have my full attention during these lectures. Thanks again.
