Spice: Mass Poisoning

What we've seen with Spice or with synthetic cannabinoids in general, is mass poisoning and that was seen in a number of countries. One of them was in the UK, Manchester April 2017. Where some people were seen in Manchester City Centre. They were looking like zombies. There were in a catantonic state. Where they were, as if attempting to touch their toes and they stay in that position for a few minutes.
