For the "They don't depend on other people for financial help" that is true to a degree.
If you need help and have been struggling, it's not a sign of weakness to ask for help but rather prideful and foolish to not ask for help and struggle. A mentally weak man won't ask for help and struggle when they need help. The job market is in shambles, jobs are not hiring, rent is going up too much, and jobs are not paying as much. It's a steep hill we are all facing right now, but eventually, we will get through it.
