Here is the problem I have and I love the information. How are you supposed to message the hiring manager it only gives u maybe 5 a month with premium LinkedIn. And if you enclose a message with a connect request they only allow you a couple sentences. I agree sending a message to recruiters is important but i do not see anyway to send that detailed of a message. I hope i am just messing something.

Hi Nicole. I love the video and I'll definitely stick around and support the channel.
But as a few of us mentioned on the comments, when sending a connection request you only have 300 characters max to craft a message. This isn't something you can get around with a Premium account. Are the people you mentioned at the beginning of the video, who reach out to you already connections? If so, I think I'd be beneficial to everyone to know your take on what's the best way to send a connection request that actually gets accepted. Without it, the great info on this video gets lost 😉

Could u tell i was out of work for 4 years due to personal reasons taking care of my mother she was not well yet working fortunately she has retired now so how can i start my job search process which points would work in my favour like direct cold call or cold email or posting resume or messaging on LinkedIn ?
