Silo Season 2 Trailer Breakdown

In the new official trailer for Silo Season 2 we get our first look at what Juliette finds after being sent out to clean in the Season 1 finale. We also see rebellion take root in the Silo she left behind.

In the promo teaser, we meet a new character named Solo who is played by Steve Zahn. The first season left us with lots of questions and the season 2 trailer makes it look like we'll be getting answers.

Today, Apple TV+ revealed the trailer for the second season of “Silo,” the world-building, global hit drama based on Hugh Howey’s New York Times bestselling trilogy of dystopian novels. Created by Emmy-nominated screenwriter Graham Yost, who also serves as showrunner, and starring and executive produced by Rebecca Ferguson, the 10-episode second season will premiere globally on Friday, November 15 on Apple TV+ with the first episode, followed by one new episode every Friday through January 17, 2025.

“Silo” is the story of the last ten thousand people on earth, their mile-deep home protecting them from the toxic and deadly world outside. However, no one knows when or why the silo was built and those who try to find out face fatal consequences. Ferguson stars as Juliette, an engineer who seeks answers about a loved one’s murder and tumbles onto a mystery that goes far deeper than she could have ever imagined, leading her to discover that if the lies don’t kill you, the truth will.

Man I love Rebecca Ferguson! My brother did not even recognize that she is the same actress as Lady Jessica in Dune. Face is exactly the same but her supreme acting skill makes all the difference!

Phenomenal season 1. I enjoyed this far more than the silly Fallout ☢️ Prime show. When Apple+ gets it right, they submit a quality show. Foundation, Severance and The New Look are among my favorite Apple entries. Foundation followed by a Pete Peppers summary has been among my greatest joys

Just finished Book 2, WOW Solo, his story is so good, I can't wait to see how they showcase his story in Season 2 of the show since we do get so much of his backstory in the 2nd Book.

I'm about 2/3 through "Shift" and it's amazing how much my perspective has changed having read [most of] that book. I have one question, and it relates to your own comment of "Silo Prime" but saying any more than that would potentially spoil a number of things, so I'll just leave it there. Great video, as always!

The one issue I had with the closing scene is that the silos rings on the surface are WAY too small to be the diameter of the silo we saw from within. The scale doesn't work.
