Hi Dean.
I have booked a trip to King ash Bay. I have been watching all of your videos on anything to do with barra. So helpful !
I want to purchase the quantum smoke s3 pt . Sm100hpt 7.3 .1 ratio baitcaster.
Is this the real you use ?
Is a good quality 30lb braid sufficient for the average river barramundi.
Do you still recommend the rod that's in this vid ?
Because the quantum smoke is half the price of a chronarch, I will two smokes and set them up a little different.
I appreciate the time it takes to answer!
Cheers Michael

Great advice...I was being too impatience & ripping to hard thinking Im getting more action out of the bait but watching it in the water up close I can see even with a small twitch their designed to wabble, dip or what ever anyway hey.!? Worked out if your too active at times they wont waste energy trying to chase something that they might miss. Cheers mate .👍

Which gear ratio in baitcasting reel do you think is better (lure presentation) for species like barramundi and mangrove jacks 5:8 or 8:1

Good video. Good luck in the future with US bass tournaments. Love watching that. Just in relation to the Amped rod are you using the medium heavy or the heavy in the 6'8? I saw you land that massive Barra on another vid and thought I'd ask.
