Even when I click on Run as Administrator it doesn't show an elevation and not asking for 'Yes' or 'No' at 2:00

this did not work I still get an error when run in command prompt slmgr -rearm. error 0x800700005 access denied need elevated privileges

dude; i've used this for years and suddenly, once i open it, the black box looks to be opening then it drops down to the bottom of the screen and disappears. The only changes i've made recently is to change my monitor setting to gaming mode but don't think that would cause this. Any ideas? thanks

First, ensure that you are, in fact, an administrator on the PC and that you are logged in as the administrator. If you are not logged in as an administrator on the PC, then this will likely NOT work.
