for those who don't see install/uninstall language it's because it's visible only if you have already installed a language pack or if your edition of windows supports multilingual user interface packs. sadly these packs are only available in windows 7 ultimate and windows 7 enterprise only so yeah you'll need to switch to ultimate version or enterprise version. thank me later ;)

DIDN'T WORKED, You knew this won't work, that's why you choose another english language instead of choosing a different one.
