'Dancing Doctor' Works at Clinic After Losing License

The "dancing doctor" made headlines by singing and gyrating in the operating room during tummy tucks and butt lifts. Dr. Windell Boutte lost her license and was ordered to shut down her cosmetic surgery practice in Atlanta. However, she's back in the beauty business under a new name in another state. She's now calling herself Catherine Davis and works at a medical spa in Texas. Inside Edition's Les Trent has more.

A friend got disfigured by a MD, he and others got prosecuted and got probation! Then turned around & also changes identity & opened another clinic in the same city!
My heart goes out to the victims-they’ll never be the same physically or emotionally.

A national register is needed for those that get struck off, whether doctors, lawyers, law enforcement etc. This is outrageous. This happens in Great Britain.
