My poor mother used to do that procedure, and i know it it really painful, one day i held her hand and she squeezed my hand so hard that hurt me a little but i held strong to sustain her pain, thank you mom for all the things you do ❤️

Please put on the gloves. Dont give infection to the patient.
PPE is must.
Edit- guys PPE doesn't mean that you have to wear all the personal protective equipments. Whatever is required as per the situation can be considered.
And it is not only for the patient's safety but for the person who is doing the procedure.

i too had synovial fluil in my knee.. due to arthritis... and trust me.. its so relieving after removing the fluid...❤ and after this, the doc will put a diclofenac shot in the same syringe... it felt sooo good...
